Benjamin Beck, viola (Bayonne, Basque), is studying at New England Conservatory after graduating with honors from the Paris Conservatory. Benjamin has an international career, performing as a chamber musician, soloist, and recitalist in France and other parts of Europe. He has appeared in concerts the Salle Pleyel in Paris, Victoria Hall in Geneva, and Jordan Hall at New England Conservatory, collaborating with Seiji Ozawa, Boris Garlitsky, and Svetlin Roussev, among others. He was a prize-winner at the international string competition of Llanès, the Forbesfest Competition in Saint Andrews, and the Beethoven Hradec Competition.
