Frédéric Rosselet, cello (Lausanne, Switzerland), has participated in several music festivals across Europe and North America and worked with distinguished musicians such as Gábor Takács-Nagy, Rainer Schmidt (Hagen Quartett), Paul Katz and performed alongside Alberto Lysy, Jeremy Menuhin, and Joseph Silverstein, amongst others. He has been a member of the Verbier Festival Orchestra as well as a faculty member at Yellow Barn’s Young Artists Program. Frédéric obtained his Master of Music degree at the Basel Hochschule für Musik, while studying baroque cello at the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis. Currently, he is a Doctoral student of Ralph Kirshbaum at the University of Southern California Thornton School of Music, where he recently performed the Lutosławski Cello Concerto with the USC Symphony.
