
Zanipolo Lewis, cello (Burlington, VT) is currently studying under Yeesun Kim of the Borromeo String Quartet at New England Conservatory. Originally from Burlington, Vermont, he began playing cello at the age of three and furthered his musical studies in New York and New Hampshire before moving to Massachusetts in 2022 to study at NEC. He is a devoted soloist and chamber musician, and plays on a loaner 1972 Puskas cello awarded to him by the Carlsen Cello Foundation.
