Mann-Wen Lo, violin (Taipei, Taiwan), has appeared on NPR’s From the Top, WGBH, NHK, and Taiwan Television. She has attended the Gstaad String Academy of Menuhin Festival, Norfolk Chamber Music Festival, Music Academy of the West, and Franco-American Chamber Music Festival. She plays regularly with the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra and Delirium Musicum, a conductor-less chamber ensemble based in Los Angeles. She is a former young artist in residence of the Da Camera Society. She recently performed as guest artist for Camera Lucida, a chamber music series in University of California San Diego, and as a soloist for Vivaldi’s Four Seasons in collaboration with Tokyo University of the Arts. Mann-Wen is currently a Doctor of Musical Arts candidate under the tutelage of Glenn Dicterow. Mann-Wen plays on a 1925 Guiseppe Fiorini violin on generous loan from the Chi Mei Culture Foundation in Taiwan. She is a graduate from Yale School of Music (MM) and New England Conservatory of Music (BM).
