Ana Kim, cello (Bloomington, Indiana), has performed at various venues across the US and in Europe, including Carnegie Weill Hall, the Kennedy Center, and Jordan Hall. As an avid chamber musician, she has been invited to perform at the Larzac, Manchester, and Utah Chamber Music Festivals and has participated in Music@ Menlo, Verbier Academy, Perlman Music Program, International Musicians Seminar at Prussia Cove, Norfolk Chamber Music Festival, and Sarasota Music Festival. Ana holds degrees from Indiana University, the Royal Northern College of Music, and the University of Southern California, where she studied with János Starker and Ralph Kirshbaum. Recently, she has been teaching at Pacific Union College as adjunct faculty and is studying with Laurence Lesser at the New England Conservatory of Music. Past Yellow Barn musician (2014)
